See the Briscoe Western Art Museum’s newest exhibition, “That Day: Pictures of the American West” during opening weekend. The exhibition features 72 captivating images shot by photographer Laura Wilson and explores the diverse communities that make up the American West. On display through December 10.
2017 Wild Texas Film Tour San Antonio
The 11-city Wild Texas Film Tour stops at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts to showcase wildlife, adventure, and conservation stories from across the state. Filmmaker and conservationist Ben Masters hosts the cinematic celebration of Lone Star wildlife. The evening of short film will feature meet and greets with cast and crew members, a chance to chat with top Texas outdoorsman, and exclusive screenings.
Broadway in San Antonio presents The Bodyguard
The 1992 box office hit The Bodyguard gets the Broadway treatment at the Majestic Theatre. The onstage rendition stars R&B artist Deborah Cox in the unexpected love story of a superstar and her head of security. Shows through September 24.
