HOLIDAY SPIRITS
Culinaria lights up San Antonio with new holiday pop-up

Merry Happy Everything is Culinaria's newest foodie experience.
Alamo City’s go-to food and drink nonprofit, Culinaria, is adding a little extra sparkle to the season with a brand-new holiday experience. The organization behind Titans of Tailgate and the popular San Antonio Restaurant Weeks will debut Merry Happy Everything, a free three-night pop-up running December 2–4 at the Culinaria Event Space on 555 W. Bitters Rd #105.
Merry Happy Everything is part cocktail party, part winter wonderland, with plenty of opportunities for Instagram-worthy snaps. Guests will sip on festive drinks, explore immersive photo installations, and mingle amid a swirl of lights and music. Each evening will feature a different lineup of local collaborations and seasonal sips, making every night a fresh experience.
“The holidays are about connection,” says Culinaria President & CEO Suzanne Taranto-Etheredge, in a press release. “We wanted to create something that captures that sense of joy and togetherness — a place where people can come after work or with friends, enjoy something beautiful, and feel part of the community.”
The 21-and-up pop-up, which runs nightly from 6–8 pm, is free to attend. Signature cocktails and bites will be available for purchase, and RSVPs are encouraged via culinariasa.org/merry-happy-everything.
As with every Culinaria event, Merry Happy Everything celebrates San Antonio’s ever-growing food and beverage scene. In addition to putting on some of San Antonio's most well-attended foodie events, the organization raised funds for scholarships for future hospitality professionals.
Expect plenty of local flavor, from talented bartenders shaking up holiday-inspired cocktails to creative vignettes. And since no two nights are the same, repeat visits are definitely encouraged.
