In early November, eager San Antonians got to preview downtown's newest boutique condo project. The Richmond is comprised of energy efficient, townhome-style units that showcase sleek urban design and spacious floorplans.
Guests gathered at the Arts District-based condos to take a peek at the available three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom units, which start at $599,900. Each comes outfitted with wood floors, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, plus high ceilings to make the homes feel even larger than they already are.
While touring the residences, guests sipped and nibbled on complimentary cocktails and bites from Box Street Social — imagining the appetizers they could be whipping up inside The Richmond's gourmet kitchens.
Artist Adrian de la Cruz dazzled with a live painting demonstration outside, creating a larger-than-life piece of artwork to commemorate the evening.
DJ Teereckz kept the mood lively with energetic tunes, giving guests a glimpse at what it might be to host their own parties within the condos.
