Construction knowledge is this San Antonio Realtor's secret weapon
Originally from El Paso, Carlos Villezcas landed in San Antonio after joining the United States Air Force and later began a homebuilding and real estate career working for the largest homebuilder in the country. He knew he had found his calling, and decided to make San Antonio his permanent home.
Propelled by a love of the industry, Villezcas quickly became vice president of operations for his new employer and operated divisions in Laredo, the Rio Grande Valley, Houston, and San Antonio.
Now in his 18th year in the real estate business and a Realtor with Kuper Sotheby's International Realty, Villezca has mastered the art of sales, construction, mortgage lending, and negotiation and uses his multi-faceted experience on a daily basis. His clients feel comfortable and at ease because of his past construction experience, fierce negotiation skills, and strong ties in the industry.
Knowing that families place a high level of importance on home ownership, Villezca makes himself completely available during the buying and selling processes. He’s there to answer questions and give advice to his clients 24/7.
We chatted with Villezcas to find out more about his work and what drives him.
