New obstacle-course gym for little ninjas flips into San Antonio

USA Ninja Challenge is coming to San Antonio in 2026.
If you want to get your kids away from screens, we’ll bet this will do the trick. USA Ninja Challenge is opening its first San Antonio training facility in the Northeast 410 Plaza at 2803 NE Loop 410.
The New Hampshire-based obstacle-course training gym has several outposts around Dallas and Fort Worth, but this will be its Central Texas debut. This 4,910 square-foot gym is a little smaller than some of its Texas counterparts, but it will still be packed with obstacles like climbing walls, slack lines, cargo nets, peg boards, and other kid-friendly challenges.
USA Ninja Challenge is not just a place where kids can blow off steam. The franchise sees its year-round, obstacle fitness program as a wellness resource for children. The classes, divided into specific age categories from ages 4 to 17, combine aspects of gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and track and field.
“The long-term benefits of our program extend far beyond physical fitness,” explains the gym’s website. “As children engage with our world-class, creatively designed equipment, they not only build strength and agility but also develop mental toughness and resilience. This combination of physical and mental fortitude prepares them for the challenges of life, equipping them with the confidence and self-esteem to face any obstacle head-on.”
While fitness is the main goal, USA Ninja Challenge is a place where kids can also have fun. Party rooms are also available for events such as birthday parties and athletic team celebrations — and maybe some American Ninja Warrior viewing parties.
USA Ninja Challenge has not announced its official debut date, but Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation project details say the business hopes to finish its build by February 2026. CultureMap has reached out for further timeline information.
