College football comes to the Alamodome for this year’s edition of the Valero Alamo Bowl. Fans can cheer on the Arizona Wildcats of the Pac-12 Conference or the Oklahoma Sooners of the Big 12 Conference in this highly-anticipated finale of both teams’ seasons.
Natural Bridge Caverns presents Christmas at the Cavern
Experience the transformation of Natural Bridge Caverns into a Christmas wonderland for a limited time. Visitors can stroll along the extended trail of lights, snack on s’mores around the campfire, get photos with Santa, try synthetic ice skating, and much more in the presence of a 30-foot-tall Christmas tree. Programming continues through December 30.
San Antonio Botanical Garden presents Lightscape
Lightscape returns in all of its glittering 38-acre glory to the San Antonio Botanical Garden. Guests can expect enchanting light displays along an illuminated one-mile path winding through the lushness of the garden. Featured installations include "Floraison" from the French creative studio, Pataya, a new LED-centric "Heart Arch Walk," and the fan-favorite "Fire Garden." In addition to the glamour of the lights, visitors can enjoy food, drinks, and even roast s’mores on site. Lightscape is open through January 1, 2024.

Frost Bank Center presents Parker McCollum in concert
Texan country singer-songwriter Parker McCollum performs live at Frost Bank Center. He comes to San Antonio in support of his new album, Never Enough. He’s best known for songs such as “Pretty Hurt” and “Meet You in the Middle.” Parker will be joined by special guests Corey Kent and Catie Offerman.
Tobin Center presents Gary Owen: On My Own
Actor and comedian Gary Owen brings his stand-up talents to the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts as part of his On My Own tour. Known for his brutally sharp wit and his roles in hit films such as Ride Along and Daddy Day Care, Owen has been a comedic force for decades.

San Antonio Parks Foundation presents CelebrateSA
The city’s official New Year’s Eve celebration returns with live music, fireworks, food, and more just in time for 2024. CelebrateSA will feature a variety of events happening in venues connected by pedestrian routes. Highlights include a disco picnic at Hemisfair Civic Park, live music on the Arneson River Theatre Stage, carnival games, local artisan vendor booths, cocktails, and more.
