Local artists and community members sit down for an evening of conversation at the Blue Star Contemporary. Exhibiting artist Ethel Shipton and entertainer Sarah Fisch host a dialogue with guests who have played a pivotal role in Blue Star’s success. Expect in-depth discussions about their work, history, and the San Antonio art community. Participating artists and special guests include Nate Cassie, Jayne Lawrence, Leigh Anne Lester, Tatum, and Ramin Samandari. Guests can enjoy bites and sips as they explore the space. San Antonio hosts its inaugural VegFest at Dignowity Park. The two-day event will feature famous speakers, cooking demos, a catered vegan VIP area, interactive activities, and more. Attendees can taste fresh flavors from a variety of vegan food vendors and interact with exhibitors from the culinary industry while enjoying live music performances and all-day happenings. The Roundup Outdoor Music Venue presents Watermelon & Water Balloon Festival
The Roundup Outdoor Music Venue invites the public to enjoy a splashing summer send-off. Event highlights include live music, food trucks, face painting, and a massive water balloon fight. Children can enjoy a playground, kiddie splash area, and giant slip ‘n’ slide for all day fun. Admission includes two slices of fresh watermelon and a bucket of water balloons for the friendly battle.

¡Eso Es! Latinx Music Texas Tour
Latinx stars take center stage at Paper Tiger. ¡Eso Es! is a unique mini-festival experience including live shows by Neon Indian, Empress Of, La Goony Chonga, Bidi Bidi Banda, Luna Luna, and a set by a local DJ. All proceeds from the tour will benefit the families of those affected by the recent mass shooting in El Paso.
