University Health System Fitness on the Plaza kicks off another season. These classes focus on fun, healthy activities for all with several local studios leading classes that range from heart pumping Boot Camp, Cardio, and Cross Fit to stress melting Meditation and Yoga.

Participating studios this season include:

  • March 18: OmPower Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Mobile Om)
  • April 1: Cardio Groove (Hip Hop Dance/Cardio- Joyride)
  • April 15: Pilates Rhythm and Flow (inBalance Studio)
  • April 29: Shockwave Rowing (EnergyX Fitness)
  • May 13: Family Friendly Flow (Mobile Om)
  • June 10: Run + Yoga = RoGa (Mindful Warrior) 
  • June 24: Yin Restorative Yoga (Bilingual- Mindful Warrior)
  • July 8: Fire Flow Hot Vinyasa Yoga (Mobile Om)
  • July 22: Hot Broga (Yoga for Men and Women- Joyride)
  • September 9: Slow Flow Gentle Yoga (Mobile Om)
  • September 23: Indo Row: Circuit Training with Rowing Machines (EnergyX Fitness)
  • October 7: inBalance Body (Dance Cardio Class, inBalance)
  • October 20: Friday Evening Class – Rock n Ride for Breast Cancer Awareness, finale of the series (Joyride)
