Southerleigh presents Five-Course Paired Beer Dinner

Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery will be hosting a specialty Beer Dinner. This incredible evening of exclusive, in-house brews will be paired with Southerleigh’s culinary talents to create an exquisite five-course dining experience, including limited and specially selected beers and one-off menu items.

Beer Dinner Menu:

  • First Course - Kumamoto Oysters with Southerleigh Tomato Gose mignonette, pickled mustard, and chayote relish paired with Gold Export.
  • Second Course - Texas Uncommon and Gorgonzola beer cheese soup and stuffed pretzel paired with Texas Uncommon.
  • Third Course - Seared Turbot, saltine persillade, Citrus Beurre Blanc, Red and Green oil, paired with Dream Kolsh.
  • Fourth Course - 40 Day Dry Aged Beef en Croute, Dry Mushroom Duxelles, Pommes Puree, paired with Southerleigh Oktoberfest.
  • Fifth Course - Oaxacan chocolate, Compressed Banana, Yellow Cake and Peanuts, paired with Putin’s Revenge Russian Imperial Stout.
