- First Course - Kumamoto Oysters with Southerleigh Tomato Gose mignonette, pickled mustard, and chayote relish paired with Gold Export.
- Second Course - Texas Uncommon and Gorgonzola beer cheese soup and stuffed pretzel paired with Texas Uncommon.
- Third Course - Seared Turbot, saltine persillade, Citrus Beurre Blanc, Red and Green oil, paired with Dream Kolsh.
