Yo-Yo Ma, arguably the most popular classical musician in the world, joins the San Antonio Symphony for a gala concert—the highlight of the season. Yo-Yo Ma, known for his spontaneous lyricism and great charisma, pours his whole heart into Dvořák’s beloved cello concerto. The concert will feature Arturo Márquez’s joyous, rhythmic Clave dorada, sparkling with rich textures and soaring strings, and Rachmaninoff’s breathtaking Symphonic Dances.
