Holly Jolly Kayaking is a once-a-year holiday spectacle where nearly 130 kayakers lit up with glow sticks and glowing wristbands paddle between Pearl and the Locks & Dams near Brooklyn Ave.
Attendees and participants can enjoy lights in and along the river, selfies with Santa, and a large musical light tree.
