Host chefs will include Chef John Brand and Pastry Chef Jenn Riesman from Hotel Emma. Guest chefs will include Ned Elliott from Foreign & Domestic in Austin; Ben Ford from Ford's Filling Station in Los Angeles; Michael Paley from South Congress Hotel and Hotel Ella in Austin; and Ryan Lachaine from Riel in Houston.
Ruth Riley, General Manager of the San Antonio Stars, will be the Special Guest Speaker.
