The San Antonio Museum of Art will present a special screening of Disney/Pixar's Coco, which follows a 12-year-old boy named Miguel who is accidentally transported to the Land of the Dead, where he seeks the help of his deceased musician great-great-grandfather to return him to his family and reverse their ban on music.
Guests can come early for art-making activities and family fun beginning at 5 pm, followed by the screening in the West Courtyard.
The screening, presented in collaboration with Slab Cinema, begins at sundown. Guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets. Food and drink will be available for purchase. In the case of inclement weather, films are cancelled. No pets or outside alcohol permitted.
