"Texas Women: A New History of Abstract Art" presents the first large-scale exhibition to focus on women abstract artists living and working in Texas, across several decades and generations. The exhibition includes 17 artists and 85 works in various media, including painting, sculpture, drawing, and installation.
The artists included will be Sara Cardona, Pat Colville, Sharon Engelstein, Dana Frankfort, Linnea Glatt, Dorothy Hood, Terrell James, Dorothy Antoinette “Toni” LaSelle, Annette Lawrence, Catherine Lee, Constance Lowe, Marcelyn McNeil, Susie Rosmarin, Margo Sawyer, Lorraine Tady, Liz Trosper, and Liz Ward.
