The SA Parks Foundation will present a celebration of kites and canines at Fest of Tails. The family-friendly event includes the Pooch Parade & Costume Contest, large kite displays and kites for sale, an artisan market and dog products, food vendors and carnival games. There will also be a plant giveaway and dog adoptions.
