The Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy will present a morning out at the Historic Voelcker Homestead. Before Phil Hardberger Park became a city natural area, it had a rich history in agriculture as a dairy farm. The Southwest Dairy Farmers will present a live milking demonstration to teach visitors the modern milking process and the importance of dairy food.
