Opera San Antonio's second production of the 2016-17 season will be Rossini's The Barber of Seville. The opera originated at the Glimmerglass Opera and the production will be coming to San Antonio from North Carolina Opera. Internationally acclaimed set designer, John Conklin, designed the original production at Glimmerglass. In addition, he has designed productions for the Metropolitan Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, English National Opera, and Bastille Opera in Paris.
