MixHaus Gallery will present its upcoming exhibition, "The Return: A West Texas Retrospective," featuring a new body of work by San Antonio-based artist Douglas Galloway.
Born of the red West Texas earth and the moss-draped bayous of the South, Galloway’s abstract encaustic and mixed-media paintings reflect both rugged landscapes and deeply personal ties to place. His series, The Return, revisits the stark beauty of West Texas through the lens of memory, resilience, and homecoming.
The exhibition will remain on display through October 26.
