Three chefs from the San Antonio Chef Cooperatives will be competing with their creative cuisine to secure a donation for their favorite agricultural charity. Each chef must incorporate (but is not limited to) four locally sourced ingredients: Corn, Fredericksburg peaches, cucumbers and red wine grapes. Attending patrons will judge the dishes based upon use of the ingredients, creativity, and overall flavor. The winning chef will receive a portion of the event proceeds for their chosen charity.
