Now in its 10th year, the Taste America series highlights the richness and diversity of local food culture in cities across America, while spotlighting chefs who are uniquely aligned to the Foundation’s mission.
The Taste America San Antonio dinner will feature host chef Elizabeth Johnson from Pharm Table, and visiting chefs Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer from Boia De in Miami. The chefs selected to participate in this year’s Taste America culinary series demonstrate a meaningful commitment to their communities and an investment in making the industry more equitable and sustainable.
Proceeds from Taste America will benefit the featured chefs to support their businesses, as well as James Beard Foundation national programming that is rooted in advocacy, racial equity, sustainability, and women’s leadership for the culinary industry.
