Hudson Westbrook is a rising star who made his debut with “Take It Slow” in 2024 while still enrolled at Texas Tech. Hailing from the small town of Stephenville and raised on everything from George Strait to gangsta rap, the former athlete began playing guitar in 2020 and wrote his first song in 2023. He has since released the windows-down anthem “Two Way Drive” and the propulsive new single, “5 to 9,” as well as “Johnny Walker,” a cover of fellow Texas singer Jacob Stelly.
