Hotel Havana will present a special menu in honor of love.
- Amuse: Strawberry Heart, Half strawberry with gorgonzola, vanilla balsamic reduction, and fresh basil
- First Course: Pan Seared Scallops, Pan seared scallops in Aguas Chile with cabbage and cilantro slaw dressed with nauc chom
- Second Course: Chermoula Marinated Beef Tenderloin Filet with duck fat refried beans, escabieche mushrooms, and seared Asparagus or Shrimp and Mussel Ciopino with chipotle aioli, crostini, and shaved manchego
- Third Course: Lemon Basil Strawberry Shortcake
The regular Ocho menu will be available on the patio and in the Ocho extension on Valentine’s Day with no reservations required.
