At the 50th Harp and Shamrock Irish Festival, there will be an onsite parade, Gaelic football tournament, and a hurling competition. Irish music will be playing all day including Sean Orr & Celtic Texas and Black Irish Texas. Food trucks will offer authentic Irish cuisine along as well as several kinds of beer. The "Passport to Ireland" area will offer genealogy research, history of early Irish Texans, introduction to the Gaelic language and bag pipe and much more. Arts and crafts for children will be available. This is a family friendly event.
