The Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center presents That's Not Fair! / ¡No Es Justo!: Emma Tenayuca's Struggle for Justice

Adapted for the stage from Carmen Tafolla, Sharyll Teneyuca, and Terry Ybanez's children's book of the same title, That’s Not Fair brings Emma Tenayuca’s passionate and true story to life. Told with live music and dance performances by the Guadalupe Dance Company, this play honors a heroic figure in San Antonio's Mexican-American history to educate and inspire audiences of all ages.

Authors Dr. Carmen Tafolla and Sharyll Teneyuca will give a pre-show presentation on opening night about the Life of Emma Tenayuca as well as host a Q&A session following the performance. They will also have copies of their children’s book for sale and will sign copies for audience members.
