DASHI will highlight accomplished celebrity Chef Jo Chan (Bravo’s Top Chef) of Austin for the traditional and iconic Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, a celebration of family to give thanks for the fall harvest. Chef Chan will display her expertise within the Asian-fusion culinary genre as she teams with DASHI's own Master Chef Jian Li. The dinner will feature a 16-course, 8-beverage dinner.
