Martes es Fiesta will feature unique, weekly dinner specials that pay homage to different Latin American regions, with July offering dishes from Caribbean countries such as Puerto Rico, Cuba and the Dominican Republic. August will feature dishes from the Andes region; September dishes will be from Mexico; October dishes will be from the Cono Sur region, including Uruguay, Argentina and Chile.
