Briscoe Western Art Museum will present "Southwest Rising" artist, Masoud Yasami in a conversation about his painting techniques, humorous details about his works and a bit of art history. Known for abstract multi-dimensional works dealing with space, color, illusionism of balance and chaos, Yasami’s works feature classical objects, clouds and skies that are painted to appear as wall reliefs.

Visitors can enjoy a hands-on creative session with Yasami, who will lead guests in a creative workshop of Cloud painting. Guests will see their canvas come to life with bright colors and leave with a work of art. All skill levels are welcome and supplies are included with registration.
