Briscoe Western Art Museum will present a screening of Dorothea Lange: Grab A Hunk of Lightning, followed by Q&A with Lange’s granddaughter and narrator and director of the film Dyanna Taylor.

Lange, through her documentation, shared untold stories of the West creating compassion for those in the Great Depression, Japanese Internment camps and more. The event will also feature Dorothea’s granddaughter who narrates and directs the film come and do a Q&A after the film creating another connection to Dream Week’s goals of exchanging ideas and inspiring discussion.
