Alamo City Arts will present Symphony Viva Musical Portraits: Elgar & Rachmaninoff. In their season finale performance, they will welcome back pianist Ta Wei Tsai, whose exquisite artistry dazzled the stage last March in Grieg’s Piano Concerto. Tsai joins Viva for a performance of Rachmaninoff’s "Piano Concerto No. 2."
