Pinkerton’s Barbeque will participate in its first Fiesta Season in San Antonio. Owner Grant Pinkerton is bringing his internationally acclaimed skills to the public during a free fiesta event. He will present a whole hog roast in front of the restaurant, interact with the public and avid barbecue cooks, both young and old. A secret, limited-edition, Fiesta-themed food item will be on the menu.
An assortment of specialty bars will be open in adjacent Legacy Park’s greenspace that will be offering Fiesta concoctions like Big Red Frozen Margaritas, Chamoy Flavored Margaritas, Jack and Coke Slushies, and a special trio of our World Famous Ranch Waters, made with Topo Chico and a variety of added flavors.
