Jazz, TX presents Mardi Gras Night with Guest Chef John Russ

Jazz, TX will host its first annual Mardi Gras celebration on Fat Tuesday, featuring a special menu created by locally renowned guest chef John Russ and a special performance by Kyle Keener, Curtis Calderon, and friends during happy hour, and an evening performance by Doc Watkins and friends.

Guests can enjoy Fat Tuesday drinks such as a twist on the popular Hurricane and more. Chef Russ’ menu will consist of specialty New Orleans inspired items including la Grande Vie, gulf shrimp and celery root remoulade, Oysters en Brochette, wrapped in bacon and on buttered toast, Crispy Rice Jambalaya with pulled pork, Andouille, and rice crispies, and delicious desserts such as the traditional King Cake.
