The former has a projected completion date of June 1, and the latter's was in February.

Although the warm cookie delivery is the sticking point for many, folks who'd like to escape the school or hospital for a bit can stop in for browsing and pickup.

In addition to the main cookie offerings — in flavors like Classic Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle, and s'mores, sometimes depending on the store — Insomnia offers ice cream-cookie sandwiches, brownies, cookie cakes, and other treats. The brand boasts many vegan options and a rotating menu, promising to cater to anyone who wants a sweet snack.

The release does not specify exact store hours, although it does mention 3 am service. San Antonians who stay up late may want to look into jobs available at both locations, including part-time "cookie crew members," delivery drivers, and shift leaders.
