Fish Lonja

Fish Lonja was opened by Alejandro Paredes, chef and owner of Carnitas Lonja, a darling of local diners that has attracted national press. The concept is located in a back building on the same lot as Carnitas Lonja, creating a mini complex of different experiences. Fish Lonja has a small, simple menu, with three types of tostadas: fish, shrimp, and octopus. The chef has taken his time to make sure that the marinades and sauces used in the tostadas are up to his high standards.
