Little Italy Restaurant and Pizzeria will be hosting a five-course Italian dinner paired with Cooper Mountain Vineyard wines. Host Michael Hughs, the national sales director for Cooper Mountain Vineyards, will commence the dinner. Mr. Hughs will discuss each wine pairing in depth, as well as answer any questions guests have about their wine varieties.
The first course of the evening will feature an antipasto with prosciutto and bruschetta paired with a chardonnay. The second course will be an Eggplant Rollatini paired with a pinot noir. Next, guests will enjoy a Chicken Lasagna with white cream sauce paired with a pinot grigio. For the fourth course, a Veal Marsala with mushrooms paired with a pinot noir Reserva will be served. Finally, the fifth course will be dessert showcasing a baby Canolli with a Riesling.
