Hotel Emma and Los Poblanos presents Two-Part Dinner Series

Continuing the Hotel Emma and Los Poblanos partnership, Chef John Brand will work with Chef Johnathan Perno of Los Poblanos in New Mexico to create a special dinner using organic ingredients from both regions and combine years of unique experiences. This year, instead of planning a menu in advance, both chefs will create an artistic, culinary collaboration in the days leading up to the event.
