Incorporated in February 2003, SLEW Cancer Wellness Center (SLEW) is a nonprofit agency helping uninsured, underinsured, and low-income women with all types of cancer. SLEW provides free emotional and physical support to meet the needs of disadvantaged women, providing survivorship and aftercare services at no cost for those who qualifiy. Services are provided at a single location so those who are unable to go from agency to agency can access the care they need.
There are various ways to contribute to SLEW, including making a monetary donation, donating in-kind iterms (like food for group meals), organizing or sponsoring a benefit event or program, or volunteering your time.
