13th Floor Haunted House
The traditional haunted house reaches new ... depths ... in the form of two separate attractions several (fictional) stories below ground at 13th Floor Haunted House. This year’s featured haunts include a chilling tribute to La Llorona, The Weeping Woman, and the return of Clown just in time for spooky season. The San Antonio Museum of Art presents “Victorian Radicals: From the Pre-Raphaelites to the Arts & Culture Movement”
The San Antonio Museum of Art debuts a regal exhibition of works depicting generations of young and rebellious Victorian British artists Procured from the city of Birmingham collection, the exhibition features 150 pieces dating from 1840 to 1910 and includes paintings, drawings, stained glass, jewelry, sculptures, books, and textiles. Following its opening, the exhibition is on display through January 5, 2020.
The Rustic’s Birthday Bash featuring Cold War Kids
Indoor and outdoor music venue The Rustic celebrates six years of putting on electrifying live entertainment with a massive birthday bash. Indie rock band Cold War Kids will perform during the party as special guests. The California-based group behind recognizable hits such as “First” and “Love Is Mystical” makes a quick detour during their worldwide tour to celebrate with the Alamo City music community for this special night only.
Eric Andre: Legalize Everything
Entertainer Eric Andre brings his stand up talents to San Antonio as part of his world comedy tour. Andre is best known as the creator and host of Adult Swim’s hit series The Eric Andre Show, but has performed roles for both television and films throughout his career. The Magik Theatre presents Bunnicula
The story of a dancing cat, a howling dog, and a vampire bunny comes to The Magik Theatre to kickoff its 2019-2020 season. Audiences can expect a production full of lighthearted mystery that all ages can enjoy as a unique bunny finds a new family. Performances are scheduled through November 1.
