Get hopping to The Cookhouse for an intimate dinner party hosted by the restaurant's chef, Pieter Sypesteyn. This month’s edition focuses on rabbit, with savory courses like crab-stuffed rabbit leg and zucchini “pappardelle” with smoked rabbit and mushroom sauce piquant highlighting the meat. The Hoppy Monk is hosting a Texas-style barbecue throw down in celebration of its Texas Hill Country neighbors: Real Ale Brewing and Andalusia Whiskey Co.
