CM: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to people looking for their dream home?
BC: Don’t settle. The perfect home will eventually come along. If it’s possible, give yourself plenty of time to search — that’s really key in making the perfect investment.
CM: And advice to those who are selling?
BC: Put yourself in buyers' shoes. This is easier said than done, but remember that buyers always have options. We want to exceed expectations to achieve the highest possible profit on your home.
