San Antonio Botanical Garden presents The Ancient Art Of Tamal

Guests can journey into the interior of Mexico to learn about traditional tamale making techniques. In this hands-on class, attendees will make four different types of tamales: chicken tamales with green chile-tomatillo sauce; pork guajillo tamales; bean, chile and cotija cheese tamales; and dulce tamales. The menu will be paired with a mistletoe margarita.
