"High's and Lo-Fi's" is the second installment of Armstrong's multi-sensory exhibition and features a collection of old and new paintings and drawings that explore the topic of mental health in the African American community. The exhibition depicts Armstrong's scenarios and experiences with depression along with those of the subjects in his portraits, each of whom shared their own experiences with mental health through a series of recorded conversations. The exhibition also features a ten-track EP, titled "High's and Lo-Fi's" that accompanies his artwork.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through January 31, 2020.
